Carl Peterson |
Carl Peterson received his law degree from Cornell Law School in 1988 and joined Eisenhower and Carlson in 1991. He represents businesses and individuals in real estate transactions, including negotiating, drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases (real and personal) and credit agreements. He also represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial lending matters, workout arrangements and foreclosure proceedings. Carl received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Washington in 1985 and teaches in the Pacific Lutheran University MBA program. |

Kimberley A. Powers |
Kimberley A. Powers has worked in public accounting since 1992 and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 1995. She started her own firm, Powers Public Accounting, in October 1996, providing compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements; individual, estate, for-profit, and not-for-profit entity tax returns; tax planning; tax problem resolution and litigation; business and personal valuations and litigation support; payroll and payroll taxes; quarterly business taxes; forecasts and projections; and business software / internal accounting support. Kim graduated from St. Martin’s College in Lacey with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and has been a presenter for SCORE and the SBA since 1999. |

Jennifer Ringenbach |
A graduate of the University of Washington's School of Business, Jennifer Ringenbach has 14 years of small business lending experience. She began her career with the Small Business Administration as a loan officer. After four years with the Seattle District Office she took a position with Evergreen Community Development Association, an SBA community development lending partner. She's been with KeyBank almost five years. As their SBA Relationship Manager for the South Puget Sound region she helps small business owners of all experience levels obtain the counseling and financing needed to operate successful businesses. |

Craig Chance |
Craig Chance has managed the Columbia Bank’s SBA lending programs since 1998. Columbia Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Columbia Banking Systems, Inc. (COLB) is an independent, community bank headquartered in Tacoma. Craig has been active in SBA financing since 1987. In 2000 SBA honored Craig as the “Small Business Financial Advocate of the Year” for Region X. He earned a B.A. from The Evergreen State College and an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. A native of Washington, Craig makes his home in Olympia and is a frequent visitor to Arizona. |

Evan Marques |
Evan Marques received his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2008 and joined Eisenhower and Carlson last November. He provides counsel in both transactional and general litigation matters, focusing on corporate formation and governance, real estate transactions, commercial lending, and collection and foreclosure proceedings. Evan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gonzaga University in 2005. |

Lyn Hamilton |
Lyn Hamilton is a commercial lender and SBA specialist at Heritage Bank. Following a 20-year career with the U.S. Small Business Administration, she retired as the deputy district director and decided to devote her time to assisting small business in her community and the greater Puget Sound area. Lyn Hamilton is a native Washingtonian and has lived in Lakewood her entire life. |

Natalie Barnes |
Natalie Barnes is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and has over 20 years of business experience as an entrepreneur and CEO, building and selling successful businesses. She has been Franchise Consulting for the past 3 years and owner of a franchise in the local Northwest market. As a Franchise Consultant, Natalie has helped many people find the “right fit” for a franchise business. She is also the west coast trainer for new franchise consultants coming into the industry. Natalie is a MAP graduate and helps businesses with their strategic business plans. Her strengths are in business planning, marketing, and coaching business owners to reach their goals. |

Audrey L. Godwin, CPA is a teacher, business advocate and financial guide. She inspires visionaries to action with insight and practical applications. Liz Frisino |
Liz Frisino is the Chair of the Tacoma SCORE Chapter. She is Bi-lingual and has experience with manufacturing, commercial banking and non-profit corporation experience. She has strong analytical/problem solving skills integrated in planning, finance, cost/process improvements, budgeting and team building. Ms Frisino has worked with Boeing in Florida and recently retired from Resources Global Professionals in Dallas, Texas. She now calls Gig Harbor home. |
